what areas do you deliver to?

We deliver within a 25-mile radius of our shop in East Sacramento, 95819. This includes Sacramento County, Placer County, El Dorado County and Yolo County! If it’s an out-of-town wedding, we are happy to travel to most parts of Northern California.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes, we offer same day delivery. Give us a call at 916.541.2601 before 9 a.m. PST. While we strive to deliver at your preferred time, we appreciate your understanding if there are slight variations.

What other services do you provide?

We specialize in seasonal, on-trend arrangements made with love. From weddings to funerals, engagement and birthday parties to bridal and baby showers, we bring vibrant beauty to your most special moments. We also offer subscription services — tailored for local businesses and residences to receive fresh, seasonal arrangements on a regular basis.

Do you offer returns?

While we can't offer refunds, we’re committed to ensuring you’re happy with your purchase. If you encounter any quality issues, send us photos at toni@tiltedtulip florist.com within 24 hours of receiving your arrangement, and we’ll happily exchange it for you.

How long will my flowers last?

Your arrangements are guaranteed to stay fresh for 5 days with daily water refreshes. To help them thrive even longer, keep them out of direct sunlight and away from heat sources. Don't forget to refresh the water daily and remove any fading blooms.
